Network of Collaborative Territorial Ecosystems for the Prevention of Food Loss and Waste"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background\" style=\"background-color:#cbd6c787\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Objectives of the Operational Group<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The general objective of the project is to promote a national network of collaborative territorial ecosystems that reduce food loss and waste (FLW), generating value and promoting circular, community-based models with small and medium-sized agri-food producers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Specific Objectives<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Set up and boost multi-stakeholder practice communities at national level to generate shared knowledge, identify common challenges, and facilitate collaborative solutions regarding FLW.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote two collaborative and dynamic territorial ecosystems (Living Labs) in pilot regions (Catalonia and Murcia) that generate food symbiosis between actors in the agri-food system, in order to prevent and valorize surpluses to reduce FLW in different sectors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Co-design, develop and deploy a modular digital ecosystem that integrates the community, creates a knowledge space and a food symbiosis platform that responds to the needs of the first sector, both as a generator and a recipient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activate food valorization agents trained to articulate and sustain territorial networks of food symbiosis through the development of a collaborative, replicable and sustainable business model, based on the analysis of references from other sectors and the experience in the two pilot territories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish an inclusive, transparent and participatory framework for actors (recipients, generators and valorization agents), guaranteeing democratic governance, the active participation of its members, effective collaboration and long-term sustainability of the model.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and implement a transversal multi-channel communication and awareness strategy that involves key audiences (producers, citizens, administrations), that increases the recognition of food symbiosis as a strategic solution and that facilitates the visibility, appropriation and transfer of the project results at local, regional and national levels.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Members<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SIMBIORED Operational Group is formed by the following members: <a href=\"https:\/\/espigoladors.cat\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fundaci\u00f3n Espigoladors<\/a>, as the representative entity, Centro Tecnol\u00f3gico de la Energ\u00eda y del Medio Ambiente (<a href=\"https:\/\/espigoladors.cat\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CETENMA<\/a>), as the technical coordinator, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.somosoreka.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Oreka Circular Economy<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tandemsocial.coop\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tandem Social<\/a> and Coordinadora de Organizaciones de Agricultores y Ganaderos (<a href=\"http:\/\/coag.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">COAG<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Objectives of the Operational Group The general objective of the project is to promote a national network of collaborative territorial ecosystems that reduce food loss and waste (FLW), generating value and promoting circular, community-based models with small and medium-sized agri-food producers.
